Help! Have I the garda virus?

I'm currently on my laptop and it's running as normal, however about 3 times this evening my internet window closes down and the "garda security" window appears and the laptops seems to lock. I push and hold the power button to shut down and restart and everything seems ok but then it happens again. I've done a quck scan…

Na you can keep MSE its good. Sometimes there is more malware hiding that OTL cant find, so a bigger gun is needed in combofix. Shouldn't return this time !
