If you had the flu you wouldn't make it out the door nevermind "go training"

Two concerns, one obviously spreading the flu in that environment could be severe.

Secondly there is a chance you'll over stress your heart from depleted oxygen levels and the obvious extra demands due to servicing the flu.

If you want to try, try running it off, sweat the flu out of you

Massive pet hate, stay at home and don't make everyone else miserable spreading it around. I don't understand how people don't consider that!

I have the flue as well actually 2 of them, one on my stove and the other on my boiler.

Shouldn't effect training unless you have one strapped sideways to your back and you can't get in the gym door.

Make sure it's clear. Carbon monoxide poisoning plays havoc with my routine.

You don't have the flu, house have the sniffles. You can physically but may give it to others.
