Lower Child Benefit for WORKERS?

Just heard that decreasing child benefit for children of workers and increasing it for those on Social Welfare is being mooted by Joan Burton. I figure we should all just give up work altogether. Now we will have even more incentive for unmarried, unmotivated, undressed(save for pyjamas that is) wearing 'ladies' to have even MORE uncared for sprogs on the social. I am sick of this bloody country. Is there anybody out there, working hard, struggling, relying on the paltry €140 a month to get you through and mad about this?????
