Clicking sound from laptop monitor hinge

I just bought a new laptop recently. It's an Acer Aspire V3-571G . I've been noticing a 'click' sound from the monitor hinge when I open up the laptop. Does anyone here reckon that this could be a serious problem that I should return it?

I could live with the clicking sound alone but if I knew that a cable was being snagged every time I open the monitor then I would definitley return it asap.

Apart from that the laptop runs perfectly.
