Connollys redmills have the chaps for definite, not sure if they have the ones with the arse in them though.

Not applicable to the barbour ones, very light yet thornproof within reason and dont sweat your legs

Why wear chaps & not just a good quality pants?

I got these this year. Best pants I've worn. The welly overhand is the business to keep water out of the boots from rushes etc

Here's a link to an old thread
    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=63196919

I am still wearing the same pair and they are heading out for their 5th season soon. The bottom of the legs have zips and the tab of the zip on one leg has come off somewhere but other than that they are as good as the day I bought them.
They are a bit heavy though but I find that as they are leggings they don't sweat you too much. I have had the odd wet arse from downpours and falling downs banks etc but you get that now and again.
Theres a link at the bottom right of the webpage for warm weather chaps. Haven't tried them.
