Just wondering what people think if the sessions below with a view to inproving both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. its basically four days a week broken down like this

    sled drags/push sprints e.g. 10x40m sprints (i have a "prowler" and a drag sled)
    speed run e.g. 2 or 3miles afap
speed endurance e.g. 8x400m runs afap
run 5 or 6 miles (timed to track progress)

just lookin for some input if this is good or bad or needs tweaking!!

Do you have any goals or are you training for the sake of training?
