    I work for IBM and they have a small gym in the building , ( which I have never used ) there is Running machine, rowing machine, bike machine, Cross country walking machines, and a punch bag.

    I am looking for fat burning suggestions/tips, which I could do in a 30 min session, 5 Days a Week .

    If anyone out there has done similar and could suggest a ball park routine that would be a great start,

    Lunch time work outs are class,

    for fat burning just make sure your diet is clean, post it up here and you'l get help.

    To improve your fitness and have a bit of fun there’s loads of options, look up some HIIT options for the various cardio machines. With the rowing machine, punch bag and body weight stuff your options are endless.

    Off the top of my hear here’s some suggestions, may look easy but give them a shot, and always record how many rounds or reps you get in each session and change it around in 4 weeks time.

    Monday
    2000m row (aim to do in 8 mins)
    Stretching
    Then as many rounds of the following in 12 mins
    500m row
    20 push ups
    20 Air squats
    Stretching

    Tuesday
    HIIT on treadmill

    Wednesday
    2000m row (aim to do in 8 mins)
    Stretching
    Using a round time app on your phone do 5 rounds of
    Burpees for 1 minute
    Situps for 1 minute
    Punch bag one twos 1 minute
    Stretching

    Thursday
    bike machine HIIT

    Friday
    2000m row (aim to do in 8 mins)
    Stretching
    Then as many rounds of the following in 12 mins
    30 pushups
    40 situps
    50 squats
    Stretching
