I was always into fitness but now I want to get back training hard and start weight lifting, however I have recently been diagnosed with Haemochromotosis (too much iron) so I cant eat anything with Iron.

Does anyone have any advise on what to eat while training that doesn't have iron?

My friend has hameochromotosis but hasn't been advised to stop eating foods that contain iron (which would be difficult as there would be trace amounts in nearly everything), he just has to have blood taken out every few months
