Kildare- commuting time to South Dublin

We are looking at moving to Kildare in the near future and looking at areas to live , and commuting time is going to be a factor in this.
We both currently work just off the M50 (south side) near exits 15/16 – Leopardstown /Cherrywood . We are looking at areas like Naas and Newbridge/Kill etc.
Does anyone know what the commute time would be from these areas to work on a daily basis – and if this would include back ways or via M7 and M50 ?
    Any advice welcome
    Thanks

really depends on what time your are leaving. From citywest onwards it gets very buzy starting from about 8:15 and gets worse the closer it gets to 9am
