    Long time lurker, big time poster. I neglect health and fitness a bit here purely because it takes up so much of my time that when i log on to boards i like to talk about my other interests.

    In all, 24 year old male, qualified instructor who's given up soccer after a load of injuries with two being pretty serious (fractured fibula which resulted in DVT in my calf and a badly torn adductor the previous season (grade 2 70 odd % of muscle fibers torn ). I still suffer with my adductor to this day and have suffered a loss of size and definition around my right calf through the DVT.

    Always had a huge interest in bodybuilding but playing so much sports limited my gains. Iv made some gains the past few months at my heaviest i was 77 kg last april but then stupidly cut to 70 odd kg after another broken bone in my hand yes im made out of glass :D so im back to square one. Im aware this is going to take a long time to achieve naturally but im in it for the long run.

    Going to train one or two body parts per day, after the end of this month il introduce 2 weeks of super sets followed by 2 weeks of hyper-trophy where il be going for 8 reps of a lighter weight instead of my usual 6 reps.

    Will try and get some before and after progress pictures as soon as i learn to edit my face out.:D

    • 12.7 % bf
    • currently 73 kg
    • Daily Macros = 3000 kcal (bulk)


    Supplements

    • Whey & casein
    • Creatine (3 weeks into a cycle)
    • BCAA'S (luecine heavy)
    • Beta alanine
    • Weight gainer (convenience reasons)
    • Caffeine (currently cycling off till the 27th)


    1rm's 17/9/12
    • 1rm chest flat = 105 kg at 73kg
    • 1rm squat = 150 kg at 73kg
    • 1rm dead lift = N/A


    Monday 8/10/12
    Chest

    Flat .... 3 x 6 (80 to 85 kg)
    Incline .... 3 x 6 (70 to 80 kg)
    Incline Dumbells.... 3 x 6 (32 to 35 kg dumbells)
    Flys ... 3 x 6 ( 25 kg dumbells)
