    Newman was biased and attempted to be unfair . She is supposed to be unbiased and fair .

    More a case of the reporter pushing an agenda favoured by the news outlet itself, or more precisely, whoever owns or happens to run it imo. I doubt any of them would dare go out on a limb and risk their job.

    A friend of mine is her producer. She's a right laugh apparently, and very nice and friendly.

    Not a fan of Kay myself. She seems to have a nasty steak to her at times. Also she missed the second plane hittting the twin towers live on tv(or didn't realise it was going to hit the building on replay. The fact that sky have her on and also Jeremy Thompson was once of that parish baffles me.

    Burley is not on her own within the UK media in terms of not having a feckin clue about Ireland, so I enjoyed this article.....with this part being particularly relevant to this thread

    Okay, didn't think we had to spell this one out for you, but Kay Burley's calamitous coverage of the Eighth Referendum on Sky News has let us know otherwise. Burley, with a straight face, asked Housing Minister Eoghan Murphy whether he'd be able to explain his decision to vote Yes to Repeal to... Pope Francis when he visits Ireland later this year.
