Sweat smelling of ammonia...

I remember someone mentioning on here about sweat smelling of ammonia, and that its due to ketogenisis or catabolic or something.... any ideas?

A high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet is generally what leads to sweat stinking of ammonia.

yeah twas I-I think it was due to a lack of glycogen as after I had a good feed of carbs it went away. I now kind of carb cycle (I only eat big portions of carbs after training and now much any other time)

Ah that makes sense, it was after a morning spin session where I had put in a good effort, but hadn't had breakfast or water before hand!
