Hi not a huge fan of eggs but I'm
Looking for other good sources of protein for breakfast
    Is porridge ok?

Porridge is a good breakfast food but a crap source of protein. Meat and fish are the best sources of protein, though not many people are fond of having them for breakfast (personally the time of day doesn't affect my enjoyment of a particular food). Whey is good for making up a protein quota so a quick shake in the morning wouldn't go amiss. In the past, I'd have recommended bacon but mounting evidence suggests that nitrates found in cured meats have a carcinogenic effect.

Have you tried different ways of cooking eggs? They're almost like a different range of foods depending on how you prepare them. I find boiled eggs to be completely revolting, but they're pretty damn tasty scrambled or in an omelette.

If you like Greek yoghurt you could mix it up with some blueberries, raisins and a handful of almonds.

Or alternatively if you want protein have some meat, turkey rashers, venison sausages, ham, chicken etc. steak and eggs is my favourite.

Couple of spoon fulls of cottage cheese with a spoon does it for me.

Muesli with some nuts and yoghurt.

    Bean Mix.

Porridge with a scoop of whey

tuna and sweetcorn on some toast if you can handle it in the morning.

Steak and eggs. If you don't want eggs, then steak.
