I have this horrid dry skin, at least I think it's dry skin on my big toe and according to this pic http://www.yogaartandscience.com/pblog/files/page1_blog_entry78_1.png on my my 'big toe mound' (it's a lot bigger here).

On the part of my 'big toe mound) it's kinda falling off, it looks like I sliced a piece of skin off, but it did it itself.

I don't know what to do or how to treat it, all I know is it's sore when running/walking and I want it to stop. :L

    Any advice? Thanks.

rub a ****e load of Vaseline into your foot and let it keep your skin soft. works a treat for me.

Do I have to keep my sock off then, or what?
