    Hi guys
    I need some help with pec exercises and just general diet help I've started playing senior football and I've lost 3 stone since I started but this last stone a bit is just sticking about and I am embarrassed about my moobs I weigh 12 5 i'm 5'9 in height and train 2 times football wise and go for short walks some other days I tend to eat a lot of white bread and white bread food like Pasta and cereal.Also i find it hard to stay motivated as I tend to relapse and gorge myself on bread any and all help is appreciated also I dont eat much veg or fruit and drink lots of water.At the moment I do some weights and press ups but not much else.

    I guess you answered your own problem. Really just need to cut down on the bread/pasta and keep count of how many calories a day your eating and stay at a deficit. Do you live on your own ? I found it much easier to control my diet when i started buying my own food. If its not there, you wont eat it.

    Keeping motivated is hard sometimes, but once you start seeing the results it'll get much easier.

    Using your body weight to exercise is fine, but if your able to do 30 push ups without breaking a sweat, you probably won't be building too much muscle.
