Knee pads?

I've recently taken up Pilates, and enjoying it, but some of the positions are hell on my poor knees. Even on a padded mat, I can't stand it (or kneel it ). I don't want to go down the route of skateboard pads, but there doesn't seem to be much on offer around. I don't think I need knee support, just knee padding?

Wrestling/volleyball knee pads are your best bet.
