    This is my current diet:

    breakfast:
Have porridge everyday and glass of low cal cranberry juice and a coffee with one sugar and slimline milk.

    Lunch:
Alternate between baked beans/tinned spag and egg white omelette with an activia yoghurt

    Dinner:
Monday have wholewheat pasta with some onions and mushrooms and dolmio sauce with has 80 cals
Tuesday have a tuna steak with mixed veg and crispy onions
Wednesday have squid ring stir fry
    Thursday have same as tuesday
Friday have 2 wholemeal pitta which i make a portobello mushroom type burger with and a green salad
Saturday/Sunday would have an M&S count on us meal as have no time for anything else.

    Snacks:
have mixed berries most nights and an odd nutri grain bar

drink 2 ltrs of sparking water with cordial every day

I also jog about 6k 4 times a week and play badminton on a regular basis.

Is my diet ok as it or do I need to change a few things in it.

    ditch the cranberry juice

dolmio sauce - make your own sauce from tin of chopped tomatoes.

you need to add protein at each dinner. chicken fillets, steak mince,

try and add a bit of salad at lunch

but keep it going! and feck the begrudgers.

It's always a good idea to check the recommended number of calories you should be eating.

At your height, I would assume you are not eating enough. Your height means you need a good bit just to keep your body functioning.
If you don't eat enough, when you're jogging, your body is just going to burn through your muscle as well as

Google BMR calculator and it will give you a starting point.

I would reckon you may need to up your snacks if you're going to leave the dinners as they are- lots of protein based snacks like nuts, cottage cheese etc...

People will give you conflicting advice on what to eat etc... but as someone who has lost a lot of weight, do try and eat a bit more because otherwise you will end up plateauing quite quickly

*cranberry juice is full of sugar apparently!
