A first gen KSC USP 45 with two mags. This is Japan model so plastic slide and outer barell. The lower half/ grip is OD (from the factory). Comes with spare mag (both leak free) speed loader, original packaging/ users manual, silicone spray and 3 1/4 of red gas. Chrono's 290-300fps

Have a first generation Japanese version of the KSC USP .45.Because its the Japanese model it has a plastic slide and outer barrel it also means that this model predates any S7 or Umarex defaced models.

It is over a year old at least and has a few wear marks and I believe I am the fourth owner. The age does not effect the performance as it still shoots accurately and at a good distance an cycles pretty quickly. It has the apropriate trademarks , an OD grip and a spare magazine. Both mags are full metal and leak free.

Fps - 290 to 300

Price €40 No offers

I tend to agree with you but as per the other thread are you offering €54 collected or €65 posted???????????

There seems to be some confusion here as to both the Asking Price and Who is first to have offered the Asking Price as there is 2 threads one old and one new offering the same USP Pistol for sale

So I have MERGED to 2 threads so that it is clearer for all to see the time-line of all offers made
Now the second thread has had both an Offer of Asking by Depp @ 00.02am and an acceptance by Jsmurff @ 00.04 then Depp has first call on the USP
Seals came in with an offer of Asking @ 00.45 which he amended to ask for photos @ 01.02

Then Seals posts @ 01.33 on thread 2 that he is first in due to have made an offer on thread 1 @ 01.08 Offer asking of €40 + P&P for the KSC USP even he acknowledges thread 2 by quoting the asking price from it
This offer was changed @ 01.12 to read Offer asking + P&P for the KSC USP and again @ 12.02

Now it looks to me as if Seals is trying to put himself at the top of the list by going to the first thread and offering Asking, but he wants it at the 2nd thread price
It is not in the SPIRIT of this forums rules to allow the rules to be manipulated by trying to invoke one part of the rules to gain an advantage over a fellow member of this forum

Initially I tended to agree with Seals are to the order of just who had priority but on giving the matter further thought I realize that I was incorrect in this matter

As per the Rules

• The seller can never increase the asking price - once it is reduced, it cannot be increased again.

The asking price is €40 as requested by Jsmurff in post #43





The Rules also say

• The first buyer to offer the asking price becomes first in line for the item.

But yet you say in post #55 "Actually, I'm now first in line for this item"
So how can you make a statement like "Also, it is not my intention to manipulate anything"

It seems strange to me that you wish some parts of the Rules to be followed but not ALL of them

Hi Jmurff you are incorrect Depp is first in line by his offer of Asking in post 48 which YOU accepted in post 49
I know it is a bit confusing with the 2 threads having been merged

Seals is next after that
