So confused, Is this a branch of be fit for life in sandyford? Basically the same idea, basically same name, and the trainer's before and afters are on the BE fit for life website. If so the Be fit for life program works I can testify to that, no doubt. If its not affiliated the its flying close to the wind.

its her studio where she takes classes and runs the program!

worth a go? did you find it changed your gym/workout habits or your entire persona and look out to the whole exercise/dieting combo??

If its a copy or affiliate of the be fit for life program then yes it is good. All personal training and boot camps are basically the same. Paelo diet (food diary etc) + regular strenuous resistance based exercise. Usually interspersed with flogging products and supplements, motivational slogans, and over enthuastic use of social media.

I lost sheds loads of weight doing this, however you need commitment and doggeged persistence. If you have these probably any system will work. There is a nice camaraderie with others in the class.

No it doesn't change your persona. I was just diet and exercise, it's part of life not the centre of it. It is a good boot in the ass, and get you fitter and more informed very quickly.
