    Hi

I got an email from moneybookers saying my account was frozen. I don't know why. I was asked to send id and utility bill/bank statement to verify my account. I did this and now they're asking for my means of login eg the type of network I'm using. Is this a scam? Should I report it?

    Thanks

Afraid to say it but probably (not definitely)

check the email address the email was sent from - that it ends in @moneybookers.com!

Go to their site (not a link from the email, use http://www.moneybookers.com) and contact C/S via that to check

It says on their website if your account is locked to send the documents to the email address which I sent them to.

If you have any doubts about the email, contact Moneybookers customer service directly. Do not send anything through links/emails provided in the email.
