Gym Supplements

    Im after joining the Gym and im wondering if i should be using supplements to improve my workout. Im roughly 8 pounds over my ideal weight. At the moment im doing mostly Cardio to try lose the weight before i start lifting weights. Would anybody recommend any supplements that i could use. Sorry if im being vague im new to the Gym scene and just looking for any advice to improve my performance. I heard about supplements but i havent a clue what to start with.

    I would suggest a protein powder (USN 100% is my preferred brand, you can get it cheap on discountsupplements or hpnutrition).

    On top of that I usually use Grenade Thermo Detonator when I'm trying to burn fat.

    Make sure you are nailing your diet and cardio first because without them supplements aren't worth the box their put in.
