Bloating in lower abdomen/stomach area

I have had bloating in my lower abdomen/stomach area for the past 5/6 days now.

I aim to follow a high protein/relatively low carb diet with good fats included.

I think this may be linked to my fibre intake being too low. I have tried to up my fibre intake over the past couple of days by taking psyllium husks/eating an apple, pear, brocolli, spinach etc.

It hasnt really relieved the problem for me though so i am wondering if anybody could provide me with some advice as to what to eat/drink to help relieve this problem? It is really beginning to annoy me as it is very uncomfortable

Youre kinda looking for medical advice. Noone here can know why you are suddenly bloated, and should not advise you on symptoms you have not had checked out properly, particularly since this is a recent unusual occurance.

With that in mind, thread closed.
