I would look at your diet first. It is, almost certainly, what is preventing you from losing weight.

Read the stickies here on nutrition.

Yip, aim to have your nutrition clean, whey will only be adding more calories.

There is no need for protein powder.

Post up a typical daily diet and we can analyze it better.

All you need is a calorie deficit to lose the weight. Have you been 102kg for a long time? OR was it a recent weight gain? How tall are you?

    hi again:

morning about 11 am , i would have 2 sticks celery, 8 pieces of cucumber,1 tomato, 1 slice meat,2oz cheese cheddar,

when i come home about 7 pm i would have a dinner roast chicken , 3 veg , small amount gravy,
then the problem i might eat some pea nuts, nibble some cheese cracker, might have a bowl cornflakes, maybe a biscuit aghhhhhhhhhh

This is because all you eat is this
morning about 11 am , i would have 2 sticks celery, 8 pieces of cucumber,1 tomato, 1 slice meat,2oz cheese cheddar,

You need to eat more then just water disguised as food, 1 piece of meat & cheese in the day. Your body is starving, even after dinner so you snack on whatevers available in the cupboard. If crap is all that's available that's what you're going to snack on!

Eat more good quality high protein food! Meat is your friend!

How long have you been on this diet, and if it is recent what did you eat prior to it?

You need to start eating food...your 102kg = 224ish lbs
Your maintenance calories = roughly 3100 cals (Lyle McDonald)
-500 will give you a healthy sustainable 1lb of week
Eat 2,600 calories of food a day.
Stick to anything that use to run, fly, swim (or slither??)
Eggs, lots of eggs. Dairy if you can handle it...cut it out if not
Eat leafy greens & healthy veg
Avoid starchy ****e like rice, wheat, pasta. avoid grains
eat fruit but keep it to a small amount
Snack on healthy nuts & seeds!!
    Lots of water!
Track calories on fitday or Myfitness pal or whatever!

Is a big Bowl of Porridge recommended in the morning ? My Family Swear by it. I have tried it and it DEFINITLY keeps you from being hungry till well into the afternoon. BUT BUT BUT I cant resist a tablespoon of honey to get rid of the monotonase taste:cool:

Nothing wrong with honey. As long as it sticks with your diet and calorie intake no problem.
