I have taken it for 3 nights in a row now but no effect whatsoever when it comes to sleeping. I heard it was great for getting to sleep, has anyone else taken it and not had any noticeable effect on getting to sleep? Or do I simply need to take it for a month or longer before it starts to have an effect on me?

The brand I bought was ON nutrition.

I found it took about two weeks to start to have much affects, definitely sleep quicker and more dreams...

ZMA is not an f'ing sleeping pill. It helps while you're asleep. Can help you get that deeper sleep our bodies require.

If you want to get to sleep take some f'ing Sleeping pills

I know its not marketed as a sleeping pill but I've read so many reviews of it were people said it helped them get to sleep.

does it work well or could it just be a placebo effect do you think? how many cups of it do you take a day- just one near bedtime?

I take two bags in nearly a pint of hot water. Might take a bit of messing to get the right brand like. Supermarket ones not as good as those health store yokes.

Leave another two teabags in a cup for if you wake up. Also stay in bed longer on weekends.
