Watts Training Sessions

    New to training with watts as all previous cycling has been done off heart rates. While I know my primary protocol needs to be completing FTP test and getting my numbers to work off. My question is what sessions should I be working off after that based on my results. I have read many forums and in an attempt to put together a training plan from now till next summer I'm stuck for actually sessions to put together.
    Does anyone have sample sessions they have completed based on a continual plan that may be of help??
