Slimming World - what's for Dinner?

I sometimes find I eat the same things on a rota - especially as my 2 kids eat the same meals I do most of the time, so I can lack inspiration. I thought comparing dinners might get people trying new things.
Tonight mine is grilled pork chop (half price in Dunnes) with mixed stir fried veg (pak choi, peppers, broccoli stems, onions and mangetout) - dressed with mustard ( love love mustard) and low fat creme fraiche. All free on EE or original.
No dessert but I got some Irish plums today so probably snack on those later.

    Hey Boxer

I started SW last week and really enjoying it. This evening I had steak with mushroom and onions, spicy chilli potato wedges, peas and carrots. I used some syns for pepper sauce. Fab dinner! Gonna have a curly wurly now!

My favourite slimming world dinner is probably a huge veg stirfry with teriyaki sauce, salmon and couscous all mixed in.

I must be one of the few people on SW that just doesn't get the appeal of a curly wurly!!!

    Your dinner sounds gorgeous.

Mine was homemade beef koftas with green beans in a spicy curry sauce with brown rice (first grains this week) and butternut squash chips. All syn free.
