    Hi

I was told to eat greek yoghurt in the gym. Does it have higher amounts of protein as I compared it to natural yoghurt and I thought it was the same but the natural yoghurt had a lot less fat? Is it to do with sugar?

    Thanks

in the gym, that could get messy :D

both are way better that all the other stuff thats sold as yogurt. Don't worry about the fat content just be sure there's nothing added to either, its never one thing in isolation its going to be about our overall diet.

Thanks I would be good with my diet, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going off in the wrong direction with that.
