Personal trainer Dublin - gain weight/muscle

    I'm a typical ectomorph guy - about 5'10" and only a little above 9 stone. I'm 25 now and have never really filled out, although no issues in terms of general fitness.

    I'm looking to take on a personal trainer in Dublin, with the aim of gaining strength, weight, and muscle.

    Does anybody have recommendations for a trainer to help with that specific goal? What is a reasonable target of weight to gain per month, while not gaining excessive fat?

    Read This it will answer your bulking questions!

    You'd be better off eating big & lifting big if you want to gain size relatively quickly. A simple strength programme like starting strength or W4SB & GOMAD would be my recommendation! (google is your friend) Where exactly in Dublin are you looking for?
