Where does the IOS6 download get stored in OSX???

Hi guys and gals I downloaded IOS6 through iTunes earlier today, and updated my iPhone4 ... the download was around 800mb. I'm very tight on space on my MBA, so I was hooping to delete IOS6 to recover some SSD space. However, I cant find where IOS6 downloaded to. Can anyone help???

Pretty sure its at: ~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates

If not, you should ls ~/Library/iTunes to find a folder that resembles the one in bold on top
