    She was in Science first then in the Ops division if I remember correctly. So maybe..Ops manager?

    Right no-one is gonna get it, I've perhaps gone a bit technical.

    It's Chief Warrant Officer, the highest position non-commissioned Starfleet personnel can have, it wasn't after she left that Janeway chilled out and gave commissioned ranks.

    All the Maquis given important roles would have technically had this title.

    I'll go again and be less technical. Sticking with Voyager, what was the name of Chakotays Maquis ship?
