    I ordered a power rack from this website last Thrusday. There was no indication of when it would arrive. The only option was "Standard Delivery" which said usually dispatched within 1 day.

    I got an e-mail confirming the order but since then I've had no news from them. With other websites I've always got an e-mail to say the item has been dispatched but I've heard nothing since I bought it.

    Has anyone ever bought anything from them before and could you tell me if this is normal?

    Bought a good few things from them in December or January, took a couple of weeks. Think DHL were the delivery guys.
    Go on the website, ask them. There's a chat function. Give your order number etc.

    A couple of weeks? Damn though I'd have it this week. Suppose I was expecting too much with free delivery. Did you get a e-mail when they dispatched it?

    I had a look at my email, I actually ordered over the phone in order to get a deal.

    And I got no confirmation of despatch, having said that it was over the christmas holidays so it was expected to be delayed. Few email back and forths and they sorted it out.

    There's really nowt to worry about with them. It has to ship from Scotland I believe, so day or two seems unlikely for something that large.

    I got a rack from them, I can't remenber exactly how long the delivery took but it was about a week.

    Powerhouse are pretty much the 2nd biggest supplier in the uk and they sell soooooo many racks that they constantly end up out of stock but still take orders , although your money is 100% safe with them there be no harm in checking the stock availibility , i know from dealing with them on a regular basis that this does happen a lot esp with bodymax and weights etc , if i wer you id email there sales dept and ask if there out of stock when are they due back in!! besta luck
