I have just finished Dan john 40 easy strength, I have to say I enjoyed it. I want to keep improving my strength, but also I love/hate doing conditioning sessions as well. Anyone do it and if so how did you find it. Or is there another program which covers these goals

    cheers

CFFB has probably one of the best reps out of any of the CF programs. Outlaw is pretty highly regarded too.

I follow CFFB when I'm not broken. I find it great for my conditioning & its not set across mental time domains like you get on main site. The only thing id have done differently is to have focused on my strength more before I got into it. I should've ran a couple more cycles of starting
strength or 1 of the other beginner strength programmes! My lift gains have slowed considerably since I started it but I was still making gains!

My gf also follows it most of the time in the past year she's gone from a 40 kg dead lift 1rm to 100 kg, been hardly able to squat at all to a 65kg 1rm,added 12kg to her bench, had gone from struggling to run 5k to breezing 10K's regularly so she's proof you can make good gains on it

    Cheers lads

That is the one thing Burkatron I was worried that I need to work up a bit more strength first.Solid advise lad, I did a bit of research on what you said and looks like it is recommend by people. I would be happy repeating Dan John 40 days again as the gains I saw were good. It might be worth while doing again, I could work more on mobility before undertaking CFFB.

Hanley would CFFB form a part of your training programming in the gym ?

    Hells no!!

All my stuff is done off my own programming. The structure is influenced by many, the final product is mine.
