It looks like Gray Cooks FMS under a different name. Is it? Can anyone comment on their experience on the course, the quality of the teaching etc??

Id be interested to hear on this too.

Karl Gilligan the lad who is running them is very good and experienced (has a physical therapy practice as well).

Its not FMS anyway, it just goes through the overhead squat, single leg squat and drop jump & landing mechanics (possibly navicular drop as well). Will show you how to perform the various tests, what the common compensations are and what causes them.

Then he will show how to perform range of movement tests around the major joints in the body.

Its a very practical course with loads of hands-on stuff in it, rather than just sitting and listening.

Well worth going to if you want to learn more about movement compensation testing.
