What are people's thoughts on them?

I said if you can't avoid them, then opt for a wholemeal version rather than a white wrap. They are better than bread, i think!
I don't personally consume bread or wraps myself, but she is trying to replace bread and potatos in her diet with alternatives, and she had asked me about wraps.
    So your thoughts greatly appreciated.

Oh about the person they are looking to fat burn and lose some weight. They are making changes to their diet in a good way bringing in lots more greens, and veg and less processed foodstuffs.

Wraps are bread, so if someone is trying to cut out bread wraps should be included in this. It's equivalent to saying you're cutting out bread and replacing sliced pan with a baguette.

be sure to check the labels of the wraps, some can be 200+ calories and I know with the old el paso ones the wholewheat are higher calorie than the white.

Ive had success using a large lettuce leaf as my wrap when making Fajitas, damn tasty too.

If they are serious about losing some weight they need to be serious about their diet.

Flour tortillas are full of calories, just eat whatever you'd have in the wrap from a bowl.

As wraps are thin some presume they are not as bad as "normal bread", but they are very dense. I is like you took a rolling pin to normal sliced pan. Just compare the weights and see.

+1 for the iceberg lettuce wraps.
