[Available / Share] Anyone need a room in Dun Laoghaire?

Hey I have a deposit for a place in Dun Laoghaire right on York Street.
The girl I was going to share with changed her mind and now I have until Wednesday to find a roommate or I lose it
It's an easy walk away from IADT (and I'm lazy) and a bus journey from UCD... or any other college I suppose. 46A will take you to Trinity

Anyway it's the basement of a Georgian house, the room is a little dark but I can stick in these day light lights, good for vitamin D I'm putting the double bed in there too.

I'm a first year, I'd be a pretty swell flatmate :P
