Hi all,

I am aware that Google has updated the tagging for remarketing campaigns, and it is just a case of changing a line of code to begin with.

I have a bit of confusion around the area of setting up rules. I am not sure I am doing it right. I basically want to set up a rule to target people who do not convert.

So, I am assuming I have to choose custom combinations. But, this is where I get stuck. How do I choose how to target non converting users when I am setting up this rule..........

For example, if you look at creating custom combinations here....
