Nevin Spence & Family Tragedy (MOD WARNING in Op and Post 31)

I hope it's appropriate to post this, three men have been tragically killed in a farming accident in Ulster and there are strong, but unconfirmed at this time, reports that Nevin Spence was among them.

RIP to the three men.

According to his twitter he was out farming today also.

Unfortunately that looks extremely unlikely. Both a friend of his and a guy who works for the Connacht branch have confirmed on PR. Tragic. Thoughts with his mother.

It's really difficult to say anything when you hear news like this. I just feel so sorry for him and his family. I can't imagine how the rest of his family are feeling or how they will cope with this. It's truly terrible.

Several sources have told me but it is yet to be officially confirmed.

Absolutely terrible news, I was knocked for six when I saw it.

Nevin was a great player and was set for a great future in the game. It's horrible to see someone so young be taken away like this and equally his fellow family members. Nevin was 22.

At the time of this post, Nevin's sister is fighting for her life in hospital. Please God she will make it through.

To the members of the Spence family who have tragically lost their lives, may they rest in peace. My sincere condolences go out to all family and friends of the Spences.

Nevin Spence had a great future in rugby, only 22, what a loss to Ulster and Irish rugby RIP
