Exercise and bowel movements

I have been running and cycling for quite a while now but have just recently started into strength and flexibility training. What I have noticed is that my bowel movements have increased drastically. Increased from about once a day to 4-5 times a day

I understand the increase is quite normal, but I am just wondering will this even out after a while or can I expect this to be a permanent fixture?

    Cheers....

There'll be nothing left of you if it doesn't decrease soon so I'm guessing it'll even out or someone is putting laxatives in your food
