Good Tonic?

Can anybody recommend a good tonic to take. I don't like take fosfur or metatone as i suffer badly with constipation and these seem to make a lot worse. Every chemist i have gone in to as just recommended iron tonics. Also, ive gone to 4 chemists and they all stock the exact same tonic. There can't just be 4 or 5 tonics on…
