Treadmill - incline broken

Hi, I am the proud owner of a treadmill and it's been working great for the last 7 years. I've recently had to get the motor replaced, but now it looks like the incline device is broken. I wonder if anyone has experienced this, and whether it is worth fixing. I'm considering getting rid of it and getting a rowing machine instead... Any thoughts/ advice? Thanks!

Hi , i know from experience you could be looking at 250ish to replace the incline motor ( thats if its a domestic machine) but when its fixed and paid for , it can sometimes cause the CB to go awell , another 250 ( if its domestic lol ) google treadmill repairs and get some advice from the experts , if you got 7 years from it and youve used it a lot then be a happy camper some machines can go after 6 months lol
