    barbell complexes are brilliant and got me into kettelbells
    both heavy bells and heavy bb complexes will really condition you if done well

    I don't like the idea of "finishers". At least not how they are normally applied, where it relates to something random done at high reps to failure for no reason. A great finisher is often associated with a great burn.
    If there's a reason for the movement, reps etc in relation to the workout or goals, then by all means. But most if the time it's fatigue for the sake of it.

    how about as a conditioning tool much like a metcon, get in, warm up, mob work, foam roll, do complex, stretch and go home??
