Yo - finally got around to logging on to FTB. Its probably been said a million times before but Biomes o' Plenty is automatically disabled so you gotta sort it yourself before you can log onto the server. Just thought you might need to know, easier than reading the entire thread :pac:

Thanks, thats as far as I am. I downloaded the launcher at the 1st page of this thread. I now have a section called "mods" on my start screen but Biomes o' plenty" doesn't seem to be one of the mods in that list. Whats my next course of action?

Pretty sure it's on the right hand side under the mods tab, like there's a big list of mods that's enabled on the left then on the right there's a small few that's disabled & Biomes o Plenty is one of them. Select it & hit enable. Then Bob's your uncle & Fanny's your aunt!

I was downloading files, unzipping them, copy & pasting them in to all sorts of sub folders Aghhhh
think I will wait till I'm not half asleep to start playing.

Ahh it is so good to see some activity even if there is a server reset due, it is still about the social aspect that's what brings me to this server every time!

Im itching to play again. But ive literally got a room full of diamond and gold blocks on the current map, not much left to achieve. Want to try out all the new changes and mechanics.

If anybody comes across a pigman on ftb and he has steel and iron armour on and a diamond sword,i would probably avoid him,the sword may have sharpness 3 and kills in one hit with no armour........:( Died an he picked it up and cant kill him to get it back lol

Just tried an AMPLIFIED map, too, and I agree. The result is a pretty insane landscape, mountains going up in to the clouds and more.

Sorry didn't see this message before i saw your other post in the whitelist request thread.

Are you sure you have your profile on 1.6.4 and not 1.7.2 in Minecraft? The error you're getting is a known issue but not updating *can* be one of the reasons why. The server was updated to 1.6.4 during the week as there is no 1.7 compatible version of Bukkit.
