Hi, just wondering what would be best to eat before training and matches (rugby).

I train at 7.30 but the earliest I can eat due to work is 5.30/6 so obviously nothing too heavy

Matches are usually around 2pm so what would be best for that?

    Any info is appriciated

PS, the easier to make the better :)
