Advice with daily food choices

Quick question for everyone. Every day in work I eat
    1 x slice of pineapple
    1 x slice canteloupe melon
    1 x Golden Del. apple
    a few strawberries/bluberries
    1 probiotic yoghurt,
2 slice of bread wholegrain with butter and ham/lettuce.
    For dinner I usually have
Spaghetti bol. or fish/steak/chicken with steamed veg/potatoes or chicken curry with wholegrain brown rice.
I train 3 times a week 5k and 10k runs with circuit training thrown in as well. Is this a good diet or what advice would people have to improve ?

    Depends what your goals are.

Are you looking to lose or gain weight?

Have you worked out how many calories you should be eating?

TBH it's not a very good diet.

    It lacks protein.
