    Hi All

I was wondering if you could be so kind to help me out. I am currently doing a MSc research project and I am investigating the difference between nutritional knowledge of gym members v non gym members. I would be delighted if some of you could take 5 min to fill in the attached questionnaire. I am short on male gym members specifically but all will be gratefully accepted. If you pm me I will give u the email to send it back. It is just a matter of ticking the boxes electronically. Thanks a mill

Not the best survey design OP. Plenty of people work out without being members of a gym, but you have no way to distinguish their responses from those of couch potatoes. I know how many grams of carbs there are in beans, and I don't think it falls into either the high or low category. You also don't provide "unsure" options on several questions.

Thanks for your feedback. the questionaire is from 2 validated questionaires which have been used in many published journals. i want to see if gym provide nutritional info to members. i understand their are people who workout outside of gym but i also want to factor in if gym have poor knowledge it maybe a factor for them having to join a gym. cheers
