Hey guys, what sort of activities would ye recommend in Galway tonight and for the next week or 2? Do any pubs have quiz nights or movie nights etc?

    Thanks.

would you be interested in a bit of aircraft spotting from afar , as galway airport is closed we could go down the prom end in salthill depending on weather we could watch the airplane lights taking off from shannon airport.

should be a great bit of fun

The guys in the Non Drinkers Group should be able to help with suggestions, from Galway city.

Would you be interested in night courses or similar or is this just something to do while others go to a pub on a Friday night? If so cinema, bowling, pool, gym, soccer games and all the other things already mentioned.

If you're into astro soccer there's a thread here

Have you tried backpacking in the Hindu Kush? To be serious, I think it's a good idea for non-drinkers to stay out of pubs, quiz nights or no. Hope you find something to do. Good luck.
