    Hi
I want to totally revamp my eating by adding lots of healthy snacks instead of the usual junk food. I'm a serious chocoholic!
All I can think of for snacks is fruit and nuts so bought a pot of cottage cheese but am at a loss of how to serve it??
Also would you have any tips of what to put in a salad to keep in the fridge for a few days?
    Thanks

Cottage cheese is delicious on a baked potato with chives!

Also be careful of nuts and seeds in terms of portion size as these are high in cals so while they are healthy, can quickly make up your cals!

I mash a few strawberries or raspberries roughly and mix it with 100g of cottage cheese for breakfast. . .Love it
