Always intrigued by what the episode name means.

Always intrigued by what the episode name means.

the mass confusion of last weeks episode name led to some crazy but realistic theories. But all it turned out to be was one line. Ha.

This one, however doesnt seem so straightforward. My guess could be that a glider/drone could be flown into the prison to kill/blow up the talkers.

It's the title of a Walt Whitman poem.

    GLIDING o'er all, through all,
    Through Nature, Time, and Space,
As a ship on the waters advancing,
The voyage of the soul--not life alone,
    Death, many deaths I'll sing.

    Everyone dies?

    Everyone dies?

    I'm guessing
    at least nine people
    die.

    Or maybe only eight!

Keep in mind that two of them are already dead. Chao and the other fella that tried to kill Mike earlier on.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 216 ✭✭The Scratcher

There were 11 guys originally. Nine left now,
    ten including the lawyer.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,600 ✭✭✭✭CMpunked

Are all of them in prison or just one?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 206 ✭✭Jambo221

Love the Box Cutter style scene in the promo, definitely some shower shiving on the cards :D

Also, the title is an anagram for
    Villain Egg Lord :P

It's gonna be worse than coming off Meth!! (I imagine) I'm treating myself to the boxset, that way I get to watch them on the TV instead of a ****t laptop. If I watch one episode a week by the time I'm at the end of season 5. pt 1 again it'll be this time next year!!

I've eaten breakfast while driving. I should be dead. O.o

That would spoil the series for me and would be a slight bit too melodramatic for BrBa, IMO. It's selfish but I don't want half of the last episode this year to be taken up with Walt crying over his dead son. Even if Jr. did die, the event would have to be placed neatly in the first half of the episode at least to give it some context. With Walt getting told in the last 5 mins, you'd be half waiting for the Eastenders drums to kick in.

This. If they wanted to split it into 2 seasons they could of at least made into 10/12 shows. This series seemed a bit rushed.

Here's how I predict it's going to go down:
Walt Jr. gets killed in a car crash (foreshadowed by the driving lessons)
Skyler runs straight to the DEA.
Walt realizes he has no leverage on Skyler except for Holly.
Walt kidnaps Holly, and holds her hostage to stop Skyler from talking.
Skyler doesn't talk to the DEA.
Walt kills Skyler (using the ricin, probably)
    Walt Jr. memorial breakfast.

Do you like ads? I'd hit the cot now if I were you and get out of her at about 6am, that way you'll have breaking bad in before breakfast and you'll be set for the day!! Unless they kill Walt Jr. No breakfast then.

Live stream should be about 3am. Other than that, full episodes do usually be uploaded by 4.20.

I'm predicting the final scene tonight will be Hank finding out about Walt. Being that the title is from a Walt Whitman poem and if you remember that scene in season.... 3??? yeah...

Lads, knock it off. You know the rules.

    Shíts. Going. Down.

    Excellent episode!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 216 ✭✭The Scratcher

Aw ya!!!!! The look on Hank's face!!!!! That's was brilliant, what an episode. They did it, they made Walt seem redeemable, and then just took it all away again! what an ending. I can't wait a year, I can't, where's the Cryogenics clinic?

Edit: I could never understand the need for people to read while taking a shít, is it not something you want to get out of the way as quick as possible, in and out like? Trust Hank to be one of those people that spend an hour in the bog and need entertainment.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 278 ✭✭iainconlon12

The episode was kind of slow but that end made up for it.

    YES!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 216 ✭✭The Scratcher

They really are the masters of the montage scenes, 2 absolute crackers in this episode that could stand beside the likes of blow easily. The cinematography again was top notch. That over head scene of the fog tents going up was brilliant, there probably isn't a house in ABQ they haven't cooked in!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 467 ✭✭DaveSuarez

That was great, gonna be torture to wait another year!

So much yellow in that last poolside scene, Marie is losing her touch :)

Thought it was an okay episode. Didn't quite get the blood pumping as much as "Dead Freight", or have the emotional kick of the departure of a fond character that gilded "Say My Name".

What the hell was Walt doing turning up to a restaurant meeting with Lydia dressed as full Heisenberg? The pair of them must rank as the worst clandestine duo in cinematic history.

Several Walt soliloquays regarding inane crap in this episode. Reminded me of when he pointed out the mustard on the doctors lapel in the first episode.

Great ending though. Though I had hoped Hank would find out through his own detective work rather than through Walt's shoddy choice of bathroom literature.

I really hope that storage locker shows up in the series storage wars.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,602 ✭✭✭✭Liam O

Really thought that with the wide shots of them by the pool that something violent was going to happen, like Todd's uncles show up and start shooting or something like that, Hank going to the bathroom with only 1 minute left on the timer just made it obvious he was going to find out.

Fúck you Vince Gilligan for making us wait another year!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 64 ✭✭Hide the Rum

For all the Todds, Gus Frings, Mikes, Tucos and skinny Petes... what's been building up since episode 1 is finally coming to a head, Walt vs Hank!!

Part 2 should be in January, a year wait is ridiculous. Feels like it just started.

Also, when did Gale give Walt that book? Was it shown?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,169 ✭✭✭ironictoaster

I would mind rewatching that episode they referenced. Eitherway

    Feck you Heisenberg,

You can lie to the missus, you can lie to your baldy student, but you can't lie to the baldy Poirot. The man who will make you wish you had more shampoo bottles to read.

I liked the way that in the scene where Skyler comes to visit, Holly had been 'purpled'!

Blargh, I don't wanna wait another year. Those montages are pretty entertaining. Roll on season 6 season 5 part 2.
