    Hi,

So I posted a thread proposing setting up a Rowing forum and thought it may be of interest to some people here since ergometers are quite common in gyms/health centres. Should it be established I thought it would be a great resource for information on rowing specific training which may appeal to some here. That may include technique on the machine, flexibility work etc.
I wrote quite a detailed post which I'll link to below. It would be great to get some suppost/feedback etc

    Not a bad idea.

If more active rowers came on board it would be good!

It could be devastating possibly for our amateur 1k thread if they all posted quick times! :)
