    Close to 17a bus for DCU and 27b bus stop for city centre and beaumont hospital.
    Close to Drumcondra too.

    Rent is 350 / 330 per month. (Or negotiable to 340 / 340 )
    TV & Broadband, bins etc are included in the rent.
    Only bill is the electricity and apartment is set up to be as economical as possible.

    Within walking distance of Santry village, omni and northside shopping centres. The development is gated and has security at nighttime. Ample parking available.
